CAM FEATURES: This camshaft works great when matched with Pro-Flo XT EFI system #3544 and Performer RPM cylinder heads #60929; this combo produces 517 HP / 523 ft.-lbs. of torque. Matching Edelbrock roller tappet lifter set #97483. Must use included bronze distributor gear, failure to use included could result in engine failure.
INSTALLATION NOTES: Use Edelbrock Performer-Plus Timing Chain and Gear Set #7805. Do not use late model timing chain and gear sets that are designed for emission-controlled engines. These timing sets are machined in a retarded position and are not recommended for this camshaft installation. Edelbrock Timing Sets feature three keyways for specified timing selection. Use the – (straight up) position for most applications.
