Include Powerful Mototron ECU
TORRANCE, Calif. (Nov. 4, 2003) – “EFI Made Simple.” That’s the apt slogan for Edelbrock’s new Pro-Tuner EFI Systems, powered by Mototron Electronic Control Units (ECU). Mototron, a subsidiary of Brunswick, is a specialist in designing ECUs used in extreme conditions. They offer a wide array of electronic control products, including ECUs for Mercury Marine. This partnership delivers top-of-the-line electronics with Edelbrock proven performance. A demonstration of the new product line will be on display in the Edelbrock booth (#22243) at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas (Nov. 4-7).
Pro-Tuner EFI Systems include everything needed to convert high-performance and competition Chevys, Fords or Pontiacs to powerful electronic fuel injection. Two performance levels are available: Victor Systems, which range from 400-600 horsepower and Super Victor Systems from 500-750 hp. Both versions include an Edelbrock Victor or Super Victor EFI intake manifold, fuel rails, throttle body, wiring harness, injectors, Pro-Tuner software, sensors, fuel pump regulator, and Mototron ECU with Power PC, 32-bit microcontroller.
Victor Systems include a 45-pin Mototron ECU for batch injection, while Super Victor Systems feature a higher capacity fuel pump and injectors, plus an upgradeable 80-pin Mototron ECU with advanced features like sequential injector control.

The proprietary Mototron ECU is extremely durable. It’s completely sealed making it waterproof and ideal for not only competition vehicles but for marine as well. Pre-calibrated for the sensors, injectors, distributor and power level before shipping to get you started without headaches. Once up and running, Edelbrock’s Pro-Tuner EFI software offers easy-to-use, yet sophisticated tuning control with user-friendly pull down menus and screens.
Available separately, Edelbrock offers a Pro-Tuner USB key which allows access to enhanced tuning parameters.
