LAS VEGAS, Nev. (Nov. 1, 2004) - Now available from Edelbrock and on display in booth 22243 at the SEMA Show are exhaust systems for popular diesel Ford, Chevy and Dodge trucks. Made with 4"-diameter mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing, they feature the Edelbrock baffled muffler which offers more power and a performance sound.

Chassis dyno tests on a 2002 7.3L Ford equipped with a prototype system produced gains of 17 hp and 10 ft/lbs. of torque over a leading brand. This all aluminized steel muffler features Edelbrock's unique, diesel patent-pending baffled design with no filler material to deteriorate. Tailpipes are polished 304 stainless steel and all hardware is zinc-plated for maximum corrosion protection and is backed by a one-year warranty.

Applications include #5783 for 2001-03 Chevy/GMC trucks (downpipe back) with 6.6L Duramax (crew cab, long bed); #5786 for 1999-02 Ford (turbo back) F-250/F-350 with 7.3L Power Stroke (crew & extended cabs, long & short beds) and; #5787 for 2003 Ford (cat back) with 6.0L Power Stroke (crew & extended cabs, long & short beds); and #5789 for 2001-03 Chevy/GMC (downpipe back) with 6.6L Duramax (extended cab, long bed).
