Now, Edelbrock is applying these two philosophies to 2001 & later Harley-Davidson® Twin Cam EFI motorcycles. With their new addition of the Performer RPM Power Package for Twin Cam EFI, Edelbrock’s engineering and R&D teams have developed this Power Package to help riders get more from their fuel injected Harley-Davidsons without the guesswork of matching components. Applications include 2001 & later Softails, 2002 & later Touring, and 2004 Dyna models with production Delphi ECU and Throttle Body. The Performer RPM Power Package for Harley Twin Cams with EFI include Edelbrock CNC ported EFI cylinder heads, an Edelbrock EFI Intake Manifold, Edelbrock Performer RPM camshafts (available for chain or gear driven cams), 95 cubic-inch Edelbrock/JE pistons, an adjustable pushrod set, complete gasket set, high-flow EFI Air Cleaner (requires 8” round air cleaner cover) and a CD Rom with application-specific fuel calibrations. Edelbrock’s supplied CD-ROM includes tuning calibrations for a variety of popular aftermarket pipes, including D&D Big Bore, D&D Borezilla, ThunderHeader, Cycle Shack PHD 140SS, 240SS, and 240T, Rinehart, Bub Chambermaids, and Vance & Hines Pro-Pipe with Standard Baffle or Competition Baffle. Downloading the appropriate calibration into your factory Delphi ECU requires the use of a Screamin’ Eagle EFI Race Tuner Kit #32107-01B (sold separately), along with a Windows 98 (or later version) PC or Laptop. The Edelbrock Power Package for Twin Cam EFI, which will be available this spring, is averaging better than 107 horsepower and 102 ft./lbs. of torque in testing on Twin Cams equipped with a stock OEM throttle body. In achieving this high performance with the stock throttle body, Edelbrock can save consumers $700 or more that might be spent on an aftermarket throttle body. Complete Power Packages for Harley-Davidson® Twin Cam with EFI will be available for chain driven cam setups in natural (#30494), black powder-coated (#30244) or polished (#30804) finish. Gear driven cam packages are also available in natural (#30495), polished (#30805), or black powder-coated (#30245) finishes.
