TORRANCE, CA (Dec. 2, 2005) - The versatility and overall driveability of the Thunder Series AVS® carburetor has proven it to be one of the best performing "Street Performance" carburetors ever to be offered. Edelbrock is expanding the line by introducing a 500 cfm version of the performance proven Thunder Series AVS carb.

Featuring the proven Adjustable Valve Secondary, they are designed and calibrated exclusively for dual-quad applications. These carbs are available with your choice of manual or electric choke. They're also ideal for small cubic inch single carb applications with proper recalibration (Detailed instructions provided).

They have the same black accent linkage hardware as all our AVS carbs, and are available with or without our exclusive EnduraShine finish, an industry first. EnduraShine is a coating that provides the brilliance of a chrome or polished piece, without the maintenance or the high price tag normally associated with polished or chrome. It makes for a long lasting, brilliant shine that won't oxidize, fade or discolor like chrome or polished surfaces.
