TORRANCE, Calif. (Aug. 9, 2005) -Whether you're on the dunes or the track, Edelbrock's Performer Series carburetors for Honda TRX450R ATVs make a good thing better, with increased power and improved throttle response via their specially designed bolt-on system.

Performer Series Carbs for the Honda TRX450R (#3198 thumb throttle, #3199 twist throttle) are designed with a flat needle that creates a low-pressure area for top-notch fuel atomization. The needle is externally adjustable using the metering adjustment tool, which is included in all Edelbrock ATV carburetor kits.

Edelbrock's R&D staff tests all its carbs on the company's stable of ATVs and motorcycles to ensure they'll perform well in real world conditions. They also utilize Edelbrock's in-house chassis dyno to obtain highly accurate performance data, leading to the most precise fuel calibration possible.

Once Edelbrock's R&D staff was finished, Duncan Racing Team rider Doug Eichner (El Cajon, Calif.) gave it his stamp of approval, winning the 2004 WORCS (World Off Road Championship Series) Championship for the Pro Production ATV class. Eichner had a dominating year, finishing 1st in 9 of 12 events to take the crown, his third straight WORCS overall ATV Championship.

Eichner, who has been racing using Edelbrock carbs for five years, won the 2004 title on his Honda TRX 450R outfitted with Edelbrock's TRX 450R ATV Carb Kit (#3199-twist kit).

All Performer Series carbs are wet-flow tested prior to packaging for quality assurance.
