TORRANCE, CA - Ever thought about outfitting your classic Chevelle with the modern muscle of GM LS-Series power? If so, Edelbrock is making this conversion a clean and simple reality with their new LS1 conversion kit #6754 for 1968-72 GM A-body vehicles.

Engineered to install an LS1 take out or crate motor into 1968-72 GM A-body applications, the #6754 conversion kit includes motor-mount conversion adapters, full-length headers and header-back exhaust system with x-pipe. The motor-mounts are manufactured from 1/2" steel and zinc coated for protection; grade 8 hardware is also included. The long-tube headers are manufactured of 409 stainless steel and feature primary tubes that are 1-3/4 stepped to 1-7/8; the collector is designed with a 2-bolt donut gasket flange for OE quality seal. The true dual header-back exhaust is manufactured of mandrel bent 409 stainless steel for unrestricted flow and includes an x-pipe. Two Edelbrock SDT 2.5" mufflers and two 3" polished 304 stainless steel tips finish off this system, yielding sound, style and performance.

Although the #6754 is sold as a complete motor mount, header and exhaust system package, individual components are also sold separately.
