Edelbrock part #46125 Gen III HEMI 426 Long-Block is the base for our Supercharged crate engine, but is also a great starting point for any high horsepower forced induction Mopar build. Its compact design allows for a seamless swap into most platforms; eliminating the need for modifications to your engine bay or hood. The foundation of this engine is a brand new iron Mopar 392 block with a forged and balanced Manley crankshaft, forged Manley H-Beam connecting rods and Manley forged aluminum pistons. The 4.090in. bore and 4.050in. stroke help this HEMI produce incredible low end torque. The 9.9:1 compression ratio allows for safe and reliable supercharged performance on 91 octane pump gas. Installation Notes
  • A Mopar Oil Pan (PN 4893207AA) is used on this crate engines. Make sure you have adequate subframe and ground clearance before installing the engine. NOTE: Mopar 45 Deg oil filter adaptor PN 53021610AF (not included) may be required for additional clearance on some applications.; Long Block only. Does not come with an induction system; Your engine is supplied with Edelbrock Break-In Oil in the crate. Before starting engine, you will need to prime the oil system. Do not turn engine over with starter motor for priming.
