Edelbrock part #29086 Victor Jr. LS1 EFI intake manifold accepts a standard square bore throttle body. This compact single-plane intake is capable of supporting up to 650 hp. The Edelbrock Victor Jr. LS1 EFI intake manifold continues the Edelbrock tradition of enhanced engine breathing and balanced cylinder-to-cylinder air/fuel distribution for improved performance. Includes a throttle bracket designed to work with 700-R4, 200-4R and Turbo 350 transmissions, as well as Edelbrock Fuel Rail Kit #3638. Most applications will require hood modification.

LS1 (24x) applications can be recognized by the rear mounted cam (A) LS1 Timing Control Module #91238 works on LS1 24x reluctor wheel (crank trigger) applications only; LS1 (24x) applications can be recognized by the rear mounted cam position sensor which is black in color, while LS2 (58x) cam sensor is mounted in the timing cover and is gray in color.; Crankshaft sleeve #HP3795 and Flexplate #HP4004 is recommended when using a TH350, TH400 or 700R4 on a LS1; these items are available through Hughes Performance 800-274-RACE; Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant #1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS.; Hardened washers Must be used with intake bolts to ensure proper torque and prevent galling of the aluminum.; Sealant must be used on intake bolt threads if the threads extend into lifter valley or coolant passage.; NPT/Pipe thread fittings require the use of Teflon tape or paste on threads to ensure proper seal.; DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN NPT/Pipe fittings, this may cause the aluminum to crack around the fitting boss. NPT/Pipe thread is a tapered thread.; Carburetor size (CFM) should be selected based on your specific engine combination.; To ensure maximum performance and a proper seal, Edelbrock gaskets which are specifically designed and manufactured for use with Edelbrock parts must be used.
